PAYMENT: All website orders must be paid in full prior of shipping. A valid credit card is required when placing an order. Orders placed without complete payment information and/or a valid credit card may be canceled without further notification.

SHIPPING: All website orders will be shipped using UPS delivery services. Shipping charges are as provided by UPS and may change at any time without notice. Lake Art reserves the right to add additional handling fees to any order.

PRODUCTION TIME: All products are made to order. Our production time, from order to shipping date, is approximately 7-10 days. Please keep in mind that all products are custom made. We do not keep an inventory. We are committed to do our best to ship every order as soon as possible. We recommend selecting "Ground" shipping service as orders make take up to 10 days before shipping. In the event of any foreseeable delays in production, Lake Art will contact directly by phone and/or E-mail.
CHRISTMAS ORDERS: To guarantee delivery by Christmas, order must be placed by December 14 (Christmas orders will be shipped no later than December 20 - Any order placed after the December 14 deadline will not be guarantied to be shipped in time for Christmas).

CANCELED ORDERS: Orders may be canceled within 48 hours of online purchase by calling Lake Art directly. Orders canceled after 48 hours of online purchase may incur a cancellation fee up to half of the total purchase price.

RETURNS: LAKE ART LLC, will not accept returned product unless defective and/or damaged during delivery.  All products are made of natural wood (wood grain, coloration, texture, etc) which provide its uniqueness. Lake Art will not accept returns based solely on customer wood preferences. All defective and/or damaged products eligible for exchange must be return to Lake Art prior of receiving replacement piece. Please, contact Lake Art directly for any inquiries regarding the return of a defective and/or damaged product.
